SmtpServer.TestMode Property

Enables or disables test mode. If test mode is turned on, calling the Send method, the mail message is prepared, the mail server is connected to, but the message is never actually sent.

Property Value

If true, then messages are only prepared and never sent. If false, messages are prepared and sent as normal.

Remarks

The default value is false. TestMode is useful to ensure that all of the properties and methods you are using are correct before sending the message to the mail server.
