Question/Issue What is the difference between Alarm and SLA Status?
Answer/Solution If you want to be informed when your site goes down, we recommend setting an Alarm.

SLA Status is primarily used for monitoring downtime and setting thresholds to be informed when a level of downtime has been reached. Status is governed by a percentage of failure or an absolute number of failures.
