Question/Issue During installation, the error message is displayed: "Another Version of this product is already installed." 
Answer/Solution The entire error message is:
"Another Version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To Continue configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the control panel"


This issue can occur when trying to install when a copy of WebWatchBot is already installed. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstall the program through Add/Remove Programs on the control panel.
2. Install WebWatchBot

If that does not resolve the problem, the installation may not have been completely and properly removed. Microsoft provides a tool to remove programs that were installed using the Windows Installer:
