Question/Issue Testing a Watch Item works, running the Watch Item ("Run Now (F5)") does not.
Answer/Solution PROBLEM:
Testing a Watch Item works, running the Watch Item ("Run Now (F5)") does not.

CAUSE
This problem only applies to installations of WebWatchBot that are running in Windows Service Mode.

The user account which is running the WebWatchBot service does not have permission to connect to that network resource (the Internet), e.g. you are behind a proxy server or some other type of server requiring you to log in to use the Internet.

RESOLUTION/WORKAROUND
Change the user account that the WebWatchBot service (WWBServer) uses to an account that has automatic access to the Internet, or configure the proxy server settings in WebWatchBot (Tools -> WebWatchBot Preferences).
