  • Windows 95 - Special Requirements:
    1. MDAC 2.6 - Updates ODBC drivers and ADO classes used in MailListBot database features - if not using these features then this update is optional. Click Here to go to the MDAC download site (opens a new window)
    2. Dial-up-networking must be installed. Dial-up networking adds required components called "Winsock".
    3. ATL.DLL - MailListBot requires this DLL, which may not be on your system, to be installed in the \Windows\System folder. You can download it here.
  • Windows 98/Me - Special Requirements:

• CPU: Pentium Class processor running at 200 Mhz or equivalent.
• Memory: 32MB Ram minimum
• Network Access:
  • Internet connection
  • TCP/IP must be installed
  • SMTP server address, e.g. mail.domain.com, smtp.domain.com
  • Proxy client software if behind a proxy server.
  • Firewall Port 25 must be open for inbound and outbound traffic.
• Web Server (If component is used with ASP (Active Server Pages)):
  1. Windows 95/98/Me: Personal Web Server
  2. Windows NT/2000/XP Professional: Microsoft IIS 4.0 or higher
• Tools:
  1. HTML Editor or a development environment such as Visual Interdev for ASP examples.
  2. Visual Basic 5 or 6 for VB Test Client examples
• Examples: The examples provided with the installation require IIS 4.0 or higher to run live demonstrations.
