- .NET Framework 1.0 or 1.1 (Smtp.NET is forward compatible)
Operating Systems:
- Consumer: Windows 98/Me/XP Home & Pro/NT Workstation/2000 Workstation
- Server: Windows NT/2000/2003
CPU: PC with a Pentium II-class processor, 133 megahertz (MHz)
(Refer to your operating system manual for specific requirement).
Memory: 64MB RAM minimum
Hard Disk Space: 200KB
Network Access:
- Internet connection
- TCP/IP must be installed, or dial-up networking for Windows 98/Me
- SMTP server address, e.g. mail.domain.com, smtp.domain.com
- Proxy client software if behind a proxy server.
- Firewall Port 25 must be open for outbound traffic.
Web Server (Optional):
- Windows NT/2000/XP Professional/2003: Microsoft IIS 5.0 or higher
if Smtp.NET is used with Asp.NET.
