KB: Deactivating a Licensed Installation of
WebWatchBot version 4.0/5.0
Instructions: If WebWatchBot version 4.0/5.0 has NOT been uninstalled

- Before uninstalling WebWatchBot version 4.0/5.0, deactivate your license key.
- Open WebWatchBot Manager and select the menu options Help -> Register.
click on the "De-Activate this computer" button.
After the WebWatchBot version 4.0 license key is deactivated, and you
are upgrading from version 4.0 to version 5.0, you may request a version 5.0 key.

- Download the WebWatchBot License Deactivation Utility for version 4.0 (587KB)
- Or -
Download the WebWatchBot License Deactivation Utility for version 5.0 (587KB)
- Unzip the files in the zip file to a temporary directory
- Execute the program WWBUnReg4.exe(version 4.0) or WWBUnReg5.exe(version 5.0).
The following window will appear:
- Click on the button "De-activate this Computer". A message informing you that
the license has been de-activated should appear.
After the WebWatchBot version 4.0 license key is deactivated, and you
are upgrading from version 4.0 to version 5.0, you may request a version 5.0 key.
