KB: Improving WebWatchBot Manager Performance
The performance of WebWatchBot Manager can be affected by multiple Watch Items and Transactions
running simultaneously, thus updating statistics and charts, logs, or output. To reduce
CPU usage by WebWatchBot Manager, make the following settings change:
- Select the menu option: Tools -> WebWatchBot Preferences.
- Select the UI section:
- By default, the "Auto Refresh Interval" is set to 0, which causes WebWatchBot
Manager to update statistics and the preview pane in real-time as new data
is aquired.
- Change the "Auto Refresh Interval" to at least 5 (seconds) for WebWatchBot
Manager to make updates once every 5 seconds.
- To update statistics and the preview pane at any time, select the
menu option: View -> Refresh.
