Help - More on Task Indicators

The status indicator is a visual cue of the current success or failure of a task.  There are fivetraffic light states:

    1.   The green light indicates the requested task has been completed and has been viewed (To view a task click on the task or open the task).
    2.   The green light with a blue background indicates that the task has been completed.  The task's traffic light will stay with this icon until it has been "read" or opened.  To "read" the task you can click on it once until it changes to a regular green light, open it or right click on the task and mark it as read: .
    3.   The red light indicates that a problem has occurred.  For detail on why the task failed, check the description of the task in the RemoteBot Manager task list or view the task's properties.
    4.   The red light with a yellow background indicates that an error has occurred. The task's traffic light will stay with this icon until it has been "read" or opened.  To "read" the task you can click on it once until it changes to a regular red light, open it or right click on the task and mark it as read.
    5.   The yellow light indicates that the task is pending.  The task will have a yellow light until a response is returned from the requested computer.
