The ExclamationSoft ASA (Annual Support Agreement) provides customers two key benefits:

  2. Upgrade Assurance
One Year Unlimited Email Support
ExclamationSoft provides quick and accurate support for WebWatchBot for all of our customers through our online support system from a staff of knowedgable professionals.

The purchase of all of our products include 60 days of free support to help with the initial setup and configuration. Per incident support is available after the initial 60 days for a nominal charge.

The renewable ExclamationSoft ASA provides customers with a full year of support. Priority is given to customers with an ASA.

Upgrade Assurance
ExclamationSoft strives to continually improve and enhance our software through regular upgrades.

The annual renewable ExclamationSoft ASA provides customers with upgrade assurance, providing all upgrades at no extra charge regardless of the level of upgrade, e.g. v3.0 to v4.0 or v4.1 to v4.2.
