Escalation Rules *NEW*

How It Works

Escalation rules determine the actions to take depending on the number of consecutive failures or successes of an object being monitored. Plus, escalation rules can increase or decrease the frequency of monitoring to prevent false positives or avoid flooding an overloaded server with additional requests.

WebWatchBot v5.1 allows the configuration of seperate actions when an alarm is triggered and reset. Previous to this version, a single action was configured for both alarm triggers and resets.

WebWatchBot v5.1 also introduces escalation rules to set specific actions based on consecutive failures or successes.
