Web pages and servers are monitored by connecting to the web server, download the
web page and optionally the images as well. HTTP Status Codes (returned by the web server
to indicate success or failure) are recorded as well as the total response time.
WebWatchBot refers to web page monitors as "HTTP" Watch Types because the HTTP Internet
protocol is used to perform the monitoring actions.
