WebWatchBot monitors by sending a small packet of information that is
echoed back, enabling:
- Monitoring of virtually any server or IP Device.
- Monitoring of the availability of virtually any
server or IP Device.
- Measurement of responsiveness of virtually any
server or IP Device.

How it Works
|
- WebWatchBot sends a small packet of information the number of times specified
in the Ping configuration settings.
- The length of time - response time - of
each echo is recorded and averaged to represent the response time of that
monitoring run.
- Optionally, if any echo request fails, the entire run can
be considered a failure, thereby triggering an alarm.
