Advanced Transaction Monitoring

Transaction Monitoring Support
|
WebWatchBot provides the most comprehensive transaction monitoring
available today:
- Monitor web applications with multiple forms,
including login pages.
- Monitor shopping carts, including adding
items to a shopping cart, and stepping through a check-out
process.
- Monitor heterogeneous types in sequential order,
e.g., monitor a web page, then a mail server, then a dns server.

|
Transaction Recorder
|
WebWatchBot's Transaction Recorder provides an easy way to record multiple
transaction steps simply by using a web browser. (View Demo)
The Transaction Recorder can detect:
- Form based logins
- HTTP or Javascript redirects
- Form POST data and HTTP headers

How it Works - Step 1: General Configuration
|
WebWatchBot executes on a scheduled basis and has its own response time
threshold, used as the basis for triggering or reseting an alarm.

How it Works - Step 2: Transaction Steps
|
WebWatchBot executes in sequence each transaction step. Transactions use
pre-defined "Watch Items" (things being monitored) or can create steps
on the fly, using the Transaction Recorder.
Transactions can fail when a single step fails or if the entire transaction's
response time exceeds its own threshold.
