Summary

(Enterprise and Trial versions only) The New/Edit Group dialog allows the grouping of contact users into a group for ease of management

Fields and Buttons

• Name - the name of the group.  Displayed in the contacts list.  Maximum length of the name is 320 characters.
• Available Contacts - Complete list of all contact users.
• Contacts in this Group - List of contact users in this group.
• Add - Add the selected contact user in the "Available Contacts" group to the "Contacts in this Group" list.
• Remove - Remove the selected contact user from the "Contacts in this Group" list.
• Add All - Adds all of the contact users in the "Available Contacts" group to the "Contacts in this Group" list.
• Remove All - Removes all the contacts from the "Contacts in this Group" list.
• Default - This group is a default group for email alerts.  Automatically adds the group to all email alerts.
