Summary

WebWatchBot operates in "maintenance mode" during scheduled times to prevent Watch Items and Transactions from running.  This is useful if one or more Watch Items being monitored have a scheduled outage or if the computer WebWatchBot is installed on will be disconnected from the network or Internet.
