Description
The delimited report type settings screen provides settings for the field and end of line delimiter.

Fields and Buttons

Row Delimiter

• The row delimiter is the character(s) printed at the end of each row of data in a report
• By default, the row delimiter is none.
• Possible delimiters are:

• {CR}{LF}
• {CR}
• {LF}
• Semicolon
• Comma
• Tab
• Vertical Bar
• <none>

First Row Has Column Names

• The first row of data contains the column names. This is helpful for importing data into a database that can use the first row of names as the column names.
• Example:

                               

                               

WatchItemName,ReportName,ReportDate,DateStart,DateEnd

Field Delimiter

• The field delimiter is the character(s) printed after each field of data.
• By default, the field delimiter is nothing.
• Possible delimiters are:

• Semicolon
• Comma
• Tab
• Manually entered character
