Description
The "Show Fields" tab allows configuration of the fields that are included in the detail of a report.

Fields and Buttons

Available Fields

• Displays all of the possible fields that can be shown/used.
• Double clicking on one of the available fields adds that field to the "Show these fields in this order" list.
• Fields can be multi-selected by holding down the Ctrl key or by holding down the Shift key.

Show these fields in this order

• Displays the fields that are shown/used.
• Double clicking on one of the available fields removes that field from this list.
• Fields can be multi-selected by holding down the Ctrl key or by holding down the Shift key.

Buttons

• Add >> - Adds selected field(s) from the "Available Fields" list to the "Show these fields in this order" list.
• << Remove - Removes selected field(s) from the "Show these fields in this order" list.
• Add All>> - Adds all fields from the "Available Fields" list to the "Show these fields in this order" list.
• << Remove All - Removes all fields from the "Show these fields in this order" list.
• Default - Restores the "Available Fields" list and the "Show these fields in this order" list to their original settings.
• Move Up - Moves the selected field in the "Show these fields in this order" list up one position.
• Move Down - Moves the selected field in the "Show these fields in this order" list down one position.
