How to Obtain Support

WebWatchBot is fully supported through our online support system (http://www.exHelp.com).  Customers with registered products must log into our Customer Center.


We are available Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern time in the United States of America. 


Response times to support requests generally range from 15 minutes to 2 hours.  Please allow up to 24 hours to respond during the weekdays and 48 hours during the weekend.


We offer telephone support on a charge per incident basis.
