NetMailBot is fully supported through email and our online support system: http://www.exHelp.com which is available Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern time in the United States of America.
Response times to support requests generally range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond during the weekdays and 48 hours during the weekend.
We do not offer telephone support.

The trial versions are supported for 30-days while you evaluate our products.
The fully licensed versions are supported for 60-days from the date of purchase without an ASA (Annual Support Agreement) and for 1 year with an ASA.
