Before you can send email with NetMailBot, you need to have three things:

 

• The name of your email server, or SMTP server. For example, if your ISP (Internet Service Providor) is Earthlink, the SMTP server is smtp.earthlink.com or mail.earthlink.com. If you don't know your SMTP server name, contact your ISP or network administrator to find out. 
• An email address to send the email to. For example, jdoe@hotmail.com or, for testing purposes, your own email address.
• An email address to send the email from. For example, msmith@hotmail.com or, for testing purposes, your own email address.

Note: Individual examples may list additional requirements, e.g. having Microsoft Excel available.
